How to choose a dog fence

Choosing a dog fence for your beloved pet is a hard decision for anyone to make. Mostly because each dog is so different. You can have two dogs from the same litter and they can still be complete opposites. I know that was the case when I first got my two dogs shaggy and Scooby. Yes, I named them after the cartoon characters and trust me, they’re names fit their personalities perfectly.

Shaggy was my hairy dog. He loved to run and would jump onto and over anything that he could. Scooby was the smaller of the two and was a complete baby. He was nothing like his brother when it came to jumping, but boy he sure could run and dig holes all in my yard.

So when it came time to pick a dog fence to place around the yard, I was scared that I would be forced to choose between something that Shaggy could jump over and something that Scooby could dig underneath.

So before I made my decision, I made a list of all the things that I was looking for in a dog fence.

First, I wanted something that was tall. I live out in the country. So there are all kind of critters in the woods. Having something that is tall enough to not only keep Shaggy inside but something that would keep other creatures out was an absolute must!

Second, I needed something that was going to be strong. Strong enough to hold the weight of both dogs if they decided to try and climb the fence and the weight of my son and husband incase they fell onto the fence while playing football in the backyard.

Third, I needed something that would be impossible for my little Scooby to dig his way out from underneath. Plus, I wanted to make sure that nothing was going to dig there way into my yard as well.

The fourth thing that I looked for in a dog fence is quaility. I wanted to make sure that the product that I chose to put in my back yard was made with good, strong, and safe materials. After all, it would be in my back yard were both my pets and family spend a lot of time during the day and night.

The last thing that I looked for was price. I am a mom on a budget. However, the safety of both my two-legged and four-legged family is very important.

That is why I got online to look for the best dog fence for me. I read thousands of different reviews and visited hundreds of different websites including places like Walmart and Petsmart until I found Doggy Bakery.

Now, I have the best dog fence that I have ever owned. So, when you are sitting at your computer desk racking your brain to try and figure out how you should choose a dog fence, make a list of everything that you are looking for in a dog fence.
